How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days depending on your location. Since many of our products are handcrafted to order, please allow an additional 3-5 days for production.

What materials are used in your products?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly birch plywood and natural wood veneers. All stains and finishes are non-toxic and safe for indoor use.

Can I customize my 3D Wood World Map?

Yes! We offer various customization options including different sizes, color palettes, and the ability to add personalized engravings or special marks for your favorite locations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved or bespoke items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Is the installation process difficult?

Not at all. Every map and wall decor piece comes with detailed instructions and specialized double-sided adhesive tape. No drilling is required for most of our wall art.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
